Capt Steve and his first mate were spectacular. From the moment we got on the boat, they were accommodating and informative. We fish on the east coast and were asking questions about technique to learn, and they were happy to oblige. We caught a beautiful wahoo and yellowfin tuna, all within 1 mile of shore. Wahoo has been on my bucket list for a while, so it was very rewarding to finally catch one. Capt Steve knew what techniques to employ and when to maximize our chances at landing a fish. We will definitely come back them when we return to the Cayman Islands.
Weather was not the best but Captin Stephen put us on some fish. My two boys loved it and they were excellent with them. Wahoo, barracuda and the boys had a blast even catching the small blackfin for bait. Finished it off with Morgan’s restaurant cooking our freshly caught Wahoo and some Wahoo ceviche.
